FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Shipping
What carrier do you use for primers, powder, and ammunition?
We ship hazardous items via UPS, utilizing their specialized UPS Ground Hazardous Materials service. In compliance with federal laws, all hazardous shipments are strictly packaged, marked, and labeled in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are processed and shipped directly from our primary fulfillment facilities located in Brooklyn, NY and Maywood, CA.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to select U.S. states where receiving primers and ammunition is legally permitted under local laws and covered by our carrier’s hazmat network. This includes Texas, Florida, Colorado, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona. We do not ship hazmat products to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or restricted municipal jurisdictions
How long does shipping take?
Standard UPS Ground transit typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your state. Please note that transit times may vary slightly due to the specialized routing and compliance checks required for HazMat ground carriers.
Do you require ID/age verification?
Yes. We strictly enforce age verification to remain compliant with federal and state regulations.
  • At Checkout: Your government-issued ID and date of birth must match your order details before processing.
  • At Delivery: An adult signature (21+) is required at delivery. Packages cannot be left at your doorstep if an adult is not present to sign.

Will my package be left at my door?
No. As noted above, all orders containing primers or ammunition require an adult signature on delivery. If you won’t be available to sign, the package will be routed to a nearby secure carrier depot. You can also let us know your preferred delivery arrangement in advance.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, with a few exceptions:
  • Age and ID verification: Shipping is delayed until we confirm your government-issued ID matches your order details.
  • Incorrect order details: Errors in billing, shipping, name, or date of birth will delay shipping until we contact you and get it corrected.
  • High-volume sale periods: Large sales may add slight delays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $250 or more qualify for free shipping.
Can I cancel an order before it ships?
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, so we are rarely able to cancel one once processing has started.
  • Outside business hours: Use the Help button to request a cancellation and we will do our best to catch it.
  • Ammunition orders: These require additional processing and take longer to halt. Cancellations during this window incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Already shipped: You can return the order by refusing the package at delivery. You will be refunded for the product, minus any applicable restocking fees.
My package was “Returned to Sender.” What happens now?
Let us know via the Help button if you would like it reshipped. Otherwise, once we receive the returned parcel, we will automatically refund the products. Shipping fees apply for unclaimed packages or incorrect addresses and are non-refundable.
Can I add items to an order I’ve already placed?
No. Unfortunately, we are not able to modify an order once it has been placed.
How are reloading components and ammunition shipped — can they go in the same box?
Primers and ammunition ship in labeled, compliant hazmat packaging. They cannot be shipped together with non-hazardous items in the same box. If your order includes both:
  • It will ship in multiple packages under a single order number.
  • Non-hazardous items ship via standard ground carrier.
  • Ammunition and primers ship via UPS Ground Hazardous Materials service.
  • Ammunition may ship a few days after the rest of your order due to processing rules. You will get a separate tracking link once it departs.
Can I choose the courier?
No. UPS is required for ammunition, powder, and primers. These must ship to a physical address, as they cannot go to P.O. boxes. The required carrier is applied automatically during processing.
Can I ship to any address?
Generally, yes (excluding P.O. boxes). The only exception is for ammunition: if your shipping address is in a significantly different location than your billing address, we may contact you to confirm your identity before shipping.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Rates depend on weight, distance, and delivery location. The heavier, farther, or more remote the destination, the higher the rate. Final rates are set by the courier.
Do you guarantee delivery times?
No. Delivery timing is controlled by our couriers and is outside our control. Any estimated delivery times are strictly estimates.
Can you ship to remote locations?
We recommend contacting the courier directly to confirm they can deliver to your area. If an order is returned to us because the location is unreachable, shipping fees are non-refundable.
I got a tracking number but there’s no tracking info yet — what’s going on?
Tracking numbers are issued once your order is packed and ready for pickup, which happens before the courier collects it. Please allow up to 1 business day for the first update. If there is still no information after a full business day, contact us and we will follow up for you.
What if my package is lost in transit — do I get a refund?
It is rare, but it happens. We will first work with the courier to try to locate the package. If it is confirmed lost, you will receive a full refund. Email us through our Contact Us page to report a suspected lost package.
