Free Shipping Promotion

  • Threshold: We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders totaling $250.00 or more.

  • Coverage: This offer applies to all 50 states within the USA.

  • Exclusions: While the shipping fee is waived, standard carrier Hazmat Fees still apply to regulated components (Primers and Smokeless Powder).

Hazardous Materials 

  • Carrier Compliance: Per federal regulations, hazardous materials (primers and smokeless powder) cannot be shipped via USPS. We ship all Hazmat orders exclusively via UPS or FedEx.

  • Hazmat Fees: A flat-rate Hazmat fee is charged per box (up to 48 lbs). This fee is passed directly from the carrier and will be clearly displayed during your checkout process.

  • Packaging: We use specialized, compliant packaging to ensure your components arrive safely and legally.

Ammunition Shipping Restrictions

You must be 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition and 18 years or older for rifle/shotgun ammunition.

  • FFL Requirements: Certain states (e.g., California, New York) require ammunition to be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

  • Documentation: If you reside in a restricted state, please email a copy of your dealer’s FFL to [sales@primereloaders.com] with your order number in the subject line. We cannot ship your order until this documentation is verified.
