How Ordering & Payment Works

Here’s exactly what happens after you place an order, step by step. Tap any step below for details.

Add what you need to your cart and check out as usual. This submits your order request to us — it doesn’t charge your card yet.

You’ll get an email confirming what you ordered, asking you to confirm your shipping address, and including secure payment instructions — a credit card payment link, or our Cash App details if you’d rather pay that way. Payment is handled manually, not automatically through the site.

Pay using the link or the Cash App details from that email, whichever you chose.

Reply to that same email with a screenshot or confirmation of your payment. We can’t process your order until we see it, so this step keeps things moving.

Once we’ve confirmed your payment and shipping address, we run our standard age and state-restriction check, then pack your order in plain-box packaging.

Orders confirmed before 2PM CT ship the same business day. You’ll get tracking information by email as soon as it’s out the door.
